About

Each day someone is asked to lead for the first time. In most cases they are unprepared and unlikely to receive much support.

In our 20 years of coaching businesses and individuals all over the world, we have seen too many people fail before they’ve even really begun.

Some, with their innate talent, learn on their feet while others struggle terribly. Regardless, it is often a difficult and sometimes lonely path, and many will fail.

We wrote Hard Road to be an extremely accessible guide to help people in their leadership journey. The character Christian Stuart is someone many people relate to, and the 5 Lessons he learns along the way when applied, have the ability to completely transform someone’s leadership approach, meaning fewer failures and more successes.

MARTIN WEST

Martin is a facilitator to leadership teams & executive coach.

For 17 years Martin has worked with clients across many industries in the US, Asia & Australia with a specific focus on building healthy successful teams. Martin’s passion is to facilitate conversations with client CEO’s and teams to help identify and overcome roadblocks impacting performance or team cohesion.

Prior to this Martin spent 15 years in the Australian Airforce as an F/A-18 Fighter Pilot and instructor.

MARK BRAGG

Mark Bragg is a Performance and Leadership Coach with over 40 years of experience.

Over the past two decades he has worked as an Executive Coach in multiple business disciplines and industries in 23 countries.

In recent years, he has been working in San Francisco, Hong Kong, Dublin and Sydney with Emerging Australian entrepreneurs.
